I love the community vibe, the beautiful escarpment views and the mix in teaching styles and classes (with a bit of laughter thrown in the mix)
The Gentle Vinyasa class with Fraser was exactly what I needed
Love the community, the space, the view and most of all the high quality yoga teaching - its by far the Vinyasa and Yin that you'll find in this area! also Fraser + Elisha are lovely humans - you feel the care and love they put into it all.
