• Caroline always does a great job and is truly a people pleaser! I have to admit that I don't care for the HUGE jump in the valet parking price. I was late because when I found that it went from $2.50 to $10.00 I decided to look for street parking.

• I appreciate that the staff is always welcoming. I never feel a sense of snootiness when coming here. I also love coming here because Tomas never fails to do an amazing job on my hair. I love that he is meticulous and sometimes even picky on how he wants to cut and style my hair. Lastly, I like the Juan Juan salon does not overbook any of their clients. In other words, I never feel rushed out.
