Felt amazing after. The instructors are warm, patient and considerate of limitations. It is a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I signed up on a whim because I have been feeling worn down lately. I was looking for something active but relaxing with times that fit into my schedule since I work full time and have two young children. This checked all the boxes. So glad I signed up.

My instructor, Kyra, was wonderful. She is clearly very knowledgeable in yoga. The class flowed well, it was the perfect difficulty level and overall had a great experience at the studio.
