I sign up for the Crystal Bowl Sound Therapy session every month! It relaxes and recharges me. The studio is gorgeous and it is a happy and accepting environment for everyone. The instructor is knowledgeable and welcoming. I cannot say enough about this studio and event.

The instructor lead the class with a great flow. They spoke clearly and demonstrated poses/moves from different side of the room. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the room was filled with scents of essential oils
