LOVE this space and its energy. Knowledgeable teachers that capture the true essence of yoga and how to carry these teachings off of our mats and into our daily lives. They offer a great variety of classes that can meet the needs of everyone. The studio is very clean and beautifully decorated.

Meg teaches with authenticity, creativity and knowledge....and also some real pizazz! Classes are fun and challenging. The environment is warm, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Cozy feeling, not commercialized. Instructors are great, assist when needed and overall I just love when I'm able to attend classes. :)
