The staff, facility, and patrons are all warm and welcoming immediately upon entering. The atmosphere is very calming from the gentle lighting, the faint aroma of a delightful incense and spirit lifting decor. The instructors are fabulous and my daughter and I both felt fantastic after classes. 👍👍

Every teacher I have had there is incredibly intentional and personally making the class feel the opposite of transactional. It's never been just movement with breathe it's been a deeper understanding every single time. Between the environment, teachers and other students it's welcoming and warm and worth a visit
