I'd not been to Jai in almost two years, and felt right at home immediately when I came in the door. Jackie was so friendly and kind. When I entered the studio, Mary P greeted me warmly by name. Yoga was fantastic and mediation afterwards was borderline life-changing. I have a feeling it will bring about the positive change that I need so much in my life. I've already recommended Jai to some friends.
