The teachers at Jai are great. I have never attended a class were the teacher was unprepared or ungrounded. Each instructor brings a calm, welcoming energy and knowledge of yoga and the practice.

Yoga studio is clean and beautifully designed. Sounds change but the sound of the speakers are so wonderful I think a gong is actually being rung. All teachers are knowledgeable and professional.

The restorative yoga class was amazing! The props were all set up for each of us and Mary explained so well how to set them up for each pose, and how to make modifications. I felt so supported & guided throughout the entire class and I felt so relaxed at the end!

Everything about Jai is enjoyable. The enrollment, the classes, the instructors. It's such a joy to be back in a studio, and I'm so glad it's at Jai.
