Jai Yoga School is one of the greatest gifts of my 2023 year. While I have a lifelong friend to thank for motivating me to try it out, it is the school and its excellent teachers and classes that keep me coming back. I can't imagine a week without Bikram with Terry and Pria and without Jai Hot Yoga with Ayla. I have tried many other classes and teachers, and I have had so many great experiences. I wish I had the opportunity to go every day and experience all of the classes and teachers. I encourage anyone curious to give Jai a try.
