The staff, facility, and patrons are all warm and welcoming immediately upon entering. The atmosphere is very calming from the gentle lighting, the faint aroma of a delightful incense and spirit lifting decor. The instructors are fabulous and my daughter and I both felt fantastic after classes. 👍👍
