Natalie's class on Monday morning is a perfect way to start my day! Natalie has a great personality, she is an excellent teacher, she gives great cues and provides the right amount of challenge as well as a welcoming space (as all of your teachers do). JAI is a wonderful yoga community. I have met alot of really great people at JAI. All of your teachers are wonderful in their own unique way. You continually improve the environment. I love the atmosphere and vibe of Jai. It is a warm open non judgemental space that welcomes everyone. The teachers and classes are all excellent and there is a class for everyone.
