• Great experience, had a fool proof process. Every employee we encountered was super pleasant, helpful and guided us every step of the way. Only reason I didn't give a 10 was because I don't "feel" as relieved as I do with other massages so paying over $400 for two massages was definitely not worth the cost. Did have some tension in my back and neck that I was hoping the massage would help with. But maybe it's because I didn't book with a RMT session...... there was none available. Thanks for the experience.

• You went above and beyond not just with the H&S, and your customer service but with compassion and care. I had a medical emergency you didn't hesitate to reach out to ensure we were okay and did not charge us for our cancellation. Something I would never forget. Definitely going back again!

• Health and safety are their number one priority. I recieved a facial and it was so well done. Every product going on my face was explained and their ingredients. Even provided a slip of all the products used in case I wanted to buy any. Beyond the extra service and care for our first appointment, we had massages the next day. Unfortunaty we had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Without hesitation their team called us back to make sure everything was okay and reassured that everything was taken care of on their end and to focus on ourselves. Compassion and empathy from the team was unexpected and appreciated. Definitely going back again! Better customer service than the actual hotel!
