• the front desk was very friendly and reassuring. We got there 5 minutes late and i was stressing out, but the young lady reassured me it was fine. Also, on our way out, i bought a item at the shop and lo and behold i forgot grabbing it when i was putting on my coat, and a few minutes later i got a call and they kept it for me to pick up. that is why it is 10. These are only on the sides, but the massage and volcanic experience was great. 😊❤️
