Really loved the music, the pacing of the class, the sequences were challenging physically but not challenging to remember (red yoga tends to be super complicated with their sequences and I spend all my time trying to remember what comes next instead of focusing on the pose), the instructor was very clear and had a beautiful voice to listen to. I loved it!
