I enjoy yoga at Ita's studio!! I feel my best before, because of the atmosphere and positive energy and even better afterwards! The flow and energy are amazing! The instructors are wonderful in guiding the class. I always leave felling refreshed and full of positivity!!
I haven't practiced since before Covid and that was in Birmingham. I moved here in December and have been researching where to go. This was the perfect heat, pace, support, music.
