The teachers are all very knowledgeable, I love the infrared heat, and most of all I really enjoy all the classes I have tried and the way they put together the flows.
I've been mostly doing yoga at home for the past two years, but nothing compares to being in Ita's beautiful studio with her amazing instructors! I can't replicate that at home.
