I have never felt so comfortable in my skin. Ita is a warm environment, not just because it’s heated, because the staff and clients are so kind. Great diversity and I feel so much better after every practice.
The name of the session says it all SLO-Flo! I'm a newbie to yoga and this was just my speed. Felt I could follow along while getting the stretches that I'm looking for relative to flexibility. Music and instruction was soothing/relaxing.

I felt very welcome on my first visit. The process from sign-up to yoga mat was very streamlined and fluid. I loved the calm energy and focus of the instructor. All round great experience!
I have family in Ann Arbor and visit Ita's studio whenever I'm in town. It's always a peaceful, regenerative yoga experience. I wish I lived closer.
