It's was super nice and I really enjoyed her teaching.
The heat wasn't scorching.
It didn't smell like sweaty feet. Very clean!
The class was great, challenging yet doable, but the class did feel a bit crowded.
I do appreciate being a part of the Ita community. Thank you!
Great instructor
Oh Ita, your studio is just the best. Beautiful atmosphere, great lighting, great instructors with lovely flows and music, and just enough intensity to keep it edgy, keeping this yoga body progressing along. If I had to dig deep for one thing that could make it absolutely perfect, it's that sometimes the music is a bit too loud for my ears, which results once in awhile not being able to clearly hear the instructor. Overall, I'm completely addicted :)) XO
