Great instructor, atmosphere and always excellent yoga class. I just enjoy every my class.

Class was great, flow was great. I think we did 3 chatturangas, maybe 4. Saved my shoulders. Room temperature, perfect. I gave a 9 because there was a cool draft under curtain. Note to self to go to the other side. 😊
The instructor had a calming voice and demeanor. Pace of class was perfect for me that day..it helped take my anxiety and stress away. Awesome instructor!
