The instructor had a calming voice and demeanor. Pace of class was perfect for me that day..it helped take my anxiety and stress away. Awesome instructor!

I always recommend Ita Yoga Studio to people. It is a welcoming space with friendly faces and the classes are great. I love Corey's morning class. She has a calm vibe while making the class challenging. Her cues are clear with smooth transitions which helps me stay present.
