The staff was super supportive and open with me, a brand new student, and answered all questions I had as well as gave additional info I hadn't thought to ask for. During practice, the directions were super clear and easy to follow
Ita Yoga Studio is a wonderful place to be! The instruction is good, the atmosphere welcoming, and the classes challenging yet rewarding. My only constructive feedback is that the heat lamps can become slightly oppressive when the temperature outside is 90+ degrees. I know that having them on is part of the IYS experience, but I wouldn't mind the instructors taking the weather outside into consideration and turning them off in certain, more extreme circumstances.
Studio was welcoming and clean. Instructor made it clear all ability levels are welcome.
