Ita Yoga is simply the very best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. Luckily, I live nearby! The teachers are consistently top notch and keep me motivated to give my body what it needs. I always leave feeling more alive and ready to enjoy the day after doing yoga at Ita’s.

Classes are taught in a relaxing and encouraging environment. I look forward to Ita's class on a daily basis. She effortlessly leads you through the flow. I learn so much from her about the proper way to hold the poses. In short the classes are heavenly and you leave happy and refreshed.
Professional instructors. Clean social studio. Only inconvenience is how crowded it gets inBetween classes. This will be less of an issue as the weather warms up and people don’t have to wear shoes, coats and pants.
