Really enjoyable Unwind session. Great instruction and atmosphere.
First class I've done in over a year. First I wanted to be fully vaccinated, then I got a stress fracture in my ankle - ugh! I finally am healed and did Courtney's class. It was just what I needed...a gentle, great stretch. Her voice was nice, her music was fabulous (I like ethereal music with no words) and the flows were just right for me at this time.
