• This is my second Mayan Abdominal Massage with Heidi. The first massage was pre-pregnancy and now at 28 weeks. Heidi has great energy and does a wonderful job of explaining the technique. She gives you the information and confidence to do the massage at home. I am looking forward to my next session with her as I near the end of my pregnancy!
