• Everyone at Isthmus Wellness is warm, inviting, and knowledge. Liz is an amazing acupuncturist. She has helped me avoid migraines and her sports medicine background allows her to be incredibly effective in figuring out what exact piece of the body is causing pain so she can alleviate it with her treatment. Ali provided the best massage I've had in years. And I love the wellness package - unlimited chair massage and infrared sauna, plus acupuncture - sometimes I come in just for those two services, between acupuncture/massage appointments. It's a great way to get a little boost to my body and mind when I wake up sore, since it's easy to find a time the same day. The sauna is great after a regular treatment as well. I've been very pleased with every encounter with Isthmus Wellness and look forward to every visit.
