• The desk staff is very positive, upbeat & pleasant. The Merch selection is fun to browse thru while waiting & Shauna does an amazing massage. I love the excellent tiny details like washcloths to dry hands in the bathroom. Great bathroom product. Aquafina & small chocolates at the end. I leave feeling well taken care of / nourished. It's a unique wellness experience I'll definitely invest in myself for. End to end wonderful!
