Bailey colored my hair with partial foil highlights last week, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. My hair looks really natural, but gives my hair the added brightness and works well in covering my incoming gray. Bailey was meticulous and detailed in her process so my hair would come out great. I am so grateful for Bailey's skills.

Lori C.Bainbridge Island, WA15213Aug 29, 2022The stylists are all wonderful, but the scheduling and front desk people are a mess (or maybe it's just us that get bumped). Appointments aren't logged, "we need to move you out 30 minutes/an hour/this afternoon" ... and a lot of these phone calls happen with ZERO notice.
What I suspect is folks who are coming in for services are asking to get addon services, like an "oops, forgot to schedule this, but can't you please just squeeze me in?" kind of thing. Hi Lori,
So sorry you feel like your appointment got bumped. I went back and looked at your profile and am assuming you are talking in regards to your last appointment when you called looking for a service same day. Unfortunately with two front desks, some times appointments can be booked simultaneously. Once the front desk realized the time that we offered you had been booked moments earlier we called you back. Our technician stayed after her normal hours to accommodate the mix up. We do try our best to ensure this doesn’t happen but with how busy the technicians are appointments can get swooped up quickly!
If a technician is running behind, which can on occasion happen as each clients needs are different, we try our best to call and give guests a heads up instead of them waiting in the lobby. We understand that shifting 15-30 can be challenging and so we do our best to stay as close to schedule as possible.

She has been pretty amazing when providing the Perfect Brow service and my brows are back on track in shape and color. Andrea is professional and courteous and it's a visit free of any ouches and red spots! It's always great fun going to Renew Day Spa!
