Lovely centre- clean and nice atmosphere, great hot yoga studio - nice and hot as opposed to marginally warm? and a really good class- challenging but not mad. Olivia on the front desk was very welcoming and informative.

I am already a member but on my last visit (Sun 14th Nov) I brought along a friend/guest and the whole team was so welcoming. Special mention goes to Sophie (reception) who went out of her way to make my friend’s visit memorable x
