Ironstone is the perfect venue for people seeking to follow a programme of mindfulness and wellbeing through disciplines such as yoga, Pilates and tai chi. All levels of ability are welcomed and the instructors are so professional in how they support and develop each individual in their class....whatever their level of ability. I love too that, as a member, I can access online video catch ups or even attend a session remotely. The centre is run in an professional and personal way....just love it!
