  • Desk staff was friendly, welcoming, RMT was good and has experience. Always hard to find good Massage Therapist that can help with the type of treatment I need with a lot of pressure and deep massage. Always have to reach before I book someone new unfortunately because there are some really bad ones that are either scared to put too much pressure or don't know how. Can easily tell the good ones apart that also keep up with continuing education and new ways to treat. Desk staff was also great when I was paying and leaving. Little bit of small talk, good humour and seemed to be enjoying their work day. New location is nice, even though I went to Marriot first lol
