• The location - which I know will be changing soon! We had a long service. 2.5 hours. Id recommend offering water or tea. The women who did our services were excellent

• The person (totally forgotten her name sorry) was wonderful at reading the room. I really wanted to relax and close my eyes and not have to engage (I have kids and being quiet and still can be hard to come by). That's why I often opt not to do spa services as I find often people feel the need to fill silence and try to make small talk or chit chat. Her being comfortable in silence made me more comfortable and able to relax that much more. I very much enjoyed being able to chill and she was fantastic checking in to make sure everything was comfortable. She gave a great pedicure!
