  • All the practitioners and staff were really great and friendly. Could have been offered a drink while in the waiting area. Also think the bar/drink menu for extra costs comes off as a bit tacky. With the decor and brand it should be included but perhaps have a smaller menu option like a kit made red an white wine option and that's it to simplify it. Could offer sparkling and filtered waters as well as tea and coffee. Should have honey as an option for tea sweetener.
