  • My partner and I went for a couples massage and it was an amazing experience. We were politely greeted and provided with wonderful customer service at the front desk. Our Massage Therapists, Cora and Kathryn, provided us each with the best professional massage we have ever had! It was such a great experience that we have rebooked. Thank you all so very much for making our visit to the Halifax location incredible and relaxing! I will definitely recommend the Interlude Spa to friends and family!
