I have been going since Intention opened their doors and is now such a part of my daily routine. There is a nice variety of classes, teaching styles and levels of effort (hard work out to restorative) that I can go several times a week and not get bored. Its a different experience every time. The studio is warm and welcoming, I have reconnected with some old friends and have made some new! Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about trying yoga or looking for a new studio.
