Every time I leave I feel amazing so relaxed its exactly what I need on days I feel sore and not grounded

The space was extremely clean and well equipped. I went two days in a row to different classes and both instructors were kind, welcoming and led a great yoga class. I am new to the area and this will definitely be my place when I am in town! super excited to have found it.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the instructor. She was so friendly and sweet. The class was amazing! First time taking a hot yoga class. I immediately wanted to join this studio. Taken three classes so far and each instructor I have loved.
