Well I would say a nine actually...but only because I was new to it and the instructor, although using position names, was not verbally descriptive on how to perform said position which meant had to look up from what I was attempting to accomplish frequently. It affected my balance and took away a little bit from the movements for me. She (can't remember her name) was super friendly and I liked her vibe.. Ambiance was great...the room was too warm and added to my sleepiness at that point of the evening. Instructor said the a/c may not have been on.

The studio is built fir every yogi. From the novice to the most experienced, there is something for everyone.

Exceptional teachers. Front of house staff are always so personable too. An overall sense of kindness, and a genuine interest in their students no matter how frequently or infrequently you attend a Yoga session and that isn't something I've experienced anywhere else. Definitely deserve at least 10 out of 10!
