I am somewhat new to yoga and I think I may have accidentally attended a class that was more for intermediate/advanced students. The instructor was great but I wasn't familiar with many of the names of the poses and didn't know what I was supposed to be doing. It was fine though since I just followed along by watching the more advanced students in front of me :-)

Absolutely loved the instructor, DeAnna! She was very welcoming and inclusive of everyone by making sure to give options for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. She had the attention of the whole class without being overbearing. She shared just the right amount knowledge and assistance versus giving space. The studio was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. I referred a friend and we both had a great time! Great job, DeAnna and Inspire!
