Love everything about this studio, there's a class for everyone, a teacher for everyone, and I'd be lost without this haven on the high street! I'm so grateful for the new meditation sessions, and the Yin and Restore classes especially. Having health and pain issues, these classes have become a lifeline for me, and it's affordable with the unlimited pass! I also love the gong baths and variety of workshops. Inspire can be whatever you need it to be, somewhere to rest, relax, retreat, get fit, heal, or just be and breathe. Just being in the studio makes you feel better! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place.
