INSPIRE studio is my second home. The atmosphere is magical. It is a judgement free zone where everyone is supportive and kind. The teachers all individually offer so many wonderful aspects within their classes and each bring their own energy to the practice. Claire has founded something so special and I'm so grateful to be part of the beautiful community that has been created. INSPIRE Hot Yoga has changed my life and improved my health in ways I could never have expected. I will always be thankful for the studio and I would recommend it to anyone who wants more sunshine in their life.
