The quality of the personal trainers and the amazing front desk staff who, every single one of them, are well versed in the software system as well as the people skills to make coming there easy and open. (As a former exec, I can tell they've all been trained really well, not just initial training but ongoing guidance and adjustment in finer details that ends up shaping really good people, which takes time and attention and caring. All of this shows.)
