  • All of the trainers in the classes I have taken have been excellent instructors, your facilities and exercise equipment is top notch and finding a spot to park has never been a problem. I also like the Mindbody app which makes it easy to sign up for classes.

  • Callie's class (Sat kettle bell) are great! Learn many different kettle bell exercises. She's thorough & ensures our form is good. I enjoy her Sat classes. I wish it's longer and offered weekday evenings.
