The boot camp in the morning provides various exercises. I learned a lot from the instructors. All the instructors are very nice, especially Shawna Dulin and Christopher Naranja, very professional and attentive! I enjoy their classes very much!

A massage at the Hitt Center is now an integral part of my fitness routine. I work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer and get a massage from Zach twice a month to release tight muscles. Zach is careful to push me only so far, trying his best to help me but to never hurt me. I'm 77, soon to be 78, years of age. I feel younger when I leave the Center! I cannot ask for more than that. The front desk staff is ALWAYS helpful and cheerful. They set a wonderful tone when I come in and leave. And being a part of Inova, I know that cleanliness is a priority. The Hitt Center was a real find.
