I recently had minor surgery and my surgeon's office said I couldn't do two of the exercises in the circuit workout. David Jo quickly gave me two different exercises to do so I didn't miss a beat. That happens all the time. He either provides modifications for patients who can't do a particular strength exercise - or creates a substitute - so that every patient in the room gets the perfect workout for them.
