I enjoy those classes in the evening especially classes from Callie, and yoga classes at 6:30pm. The gym is always clean, also provides some neat stuff such as ponytails, mints, hair dryer, towels etc. Staff is very nice. I don't need to go too far for my exercise classes, just a minute from my workplace and with a very reasonable price for Inova employees. Thank you very much. 👍😊

Nice clean 'not-busy' facility. Rolando, trainer, is exceptional. He knows his stuff. I walked in with tightness, no energy, 'gave-up' attitude; I walked out pain free, energized, felt like my younger self again... and looking forward to come back
