Everything about this studio is beautifully and intentionally done, from the communication on the website, to the physical space and studio, to the way the instructors show up for class. I was visiting Portland, and am so happy I chose to try this studio, because the experience from start to finish was fulfilling and rewarding. I can't wait to come back!

I've always enjoyed the complete body workout. Other barre classes I've been to in the area only focus A majority of the hour long class on legs or arms. I also love the instructors. Always so helpful and friendly.
