Aileen was wonderful at 5:45 in the morning to explain this newbie how I Barre works. Even though I booked the wrong class, I went ahead and worked out with her. Music is important to me and she had great music and excellent instruction. PLUS, I need a shower facility before going into work after the session. Wonderful amenities and I will be going back to take a spinning class.
