• super friendly staff right upon walking in, gave me the rundown and was super excited! i brought my own stuff but the front desk worker and the woman showing me around went down the list of things just to make sure i was set up for success! i will be back!

• I was welcomed so kindly by the front desk. The teacher was fantastic as well. I love that the practice included many balance postures. I'm very impressed. I am a yoga teacher as well and enjoyed the class very much and the sequence the teacher guided us through was exceptional. Thank you!
