• Because the front desk was very warm and friendly and made it such a welcoming environment and for my first time I was nervous so it definitely calmed my nerves and the yoga instructor was phenomenal she even gave me a pointer to use the block and she also came around and checked that I was doing the pose correctly and she even offered some adjustments people can do for the whole class without point an individual out for being a beginner so it was a 10 out of 10
