• Having the ability to do it virtually at home at my own pace has given me the confidence to try yoga for the first time. I am not able to do everything (yet) but I can modify without being embarrassed at home. Also I live in small community away from the metroplex so being able to do it on my schedule without driving to hours helped in my decision. Plus I love Lori. She has encouraged through my health challenges and encouraged me to improve my health.
