• Great space and instructors. Yoga as one! I can already tell the difference in my flexibility! I can tell when instructors are paying keen attention! The verbal cues say it all. The loving assurances are not only good to hear but are healing in and of itself. Do we need stones to heal us? No, we utter the "cry" for healing. Or the stones will. I love going. Everyone is so loving and accepting.
