• Indigo yoga has literally changed my life. I love the consistency of baptiste yoga flow. My stress can drip away into a puddle of sweat. The staff is professional and provide a warm nurturing sanctuary .

• I am an E RYT 200 instructor in hot Power Vinyasa, this was right up my alley! The class was very true to the Baptiste style and had a wonderful group of dedicated students to practice with. Robin had a unique way of addressing alignment and focused on challenging the class without pushing to the point of extremes. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was invigorating and relaxing. I had a wonderful time taking class at Indigo Yoga!
