• I loved the class. The instructor is very knowledgeable and there were assistants in class to guide you the positioning of your body. I found that very helpful. There are advanced people, but beginners too. Move at your own pace. One of the best yoga classes I have attended!

And I love sweating and stretching and pushing my body for that hour to myself.

• I fell in love with yoga when I first visited Indigo Yoga a couple years ago. I quickly became addicted and no other yoga studio compared to Indigo. I got married and moved away for about two years, got pregnant, had a baby and moved back. I stopped practicing yoga due to all the change, putting myself last. My son just turned one, and I made a goal to love myself more. I returned to Indigo yoga. It was so refreshing and exactly what I need. I am so thankful for such a great studio. The staff are warm and very helpful and the yoga is the bomb. I love Indigo.
